Expert Level Care for Shoulders in Adults & Children
We provide expert level care of all conditions of the shoulder in adults and children. You will receive care from one of two fellowship trained surgeons: Dr. Justin Jacobson (fellowship trained in shoulder and elbow surgery) or Dr. Larry Stayner (fellowship trained in sports medicine), Michela Westhoff, PA-C, and Samuel Kirkeide, PA-C.

We pride ourselves in complex arthroscopic and complex reconstructive surgery of the shoulder. We also treat many pathologies with non-surgical options including Physical Therapy and injections (corticosteroids, PRP and bone marrow aspirate (BMA), Commonly called “stem cell”).
