Sam Rosaia, PA-C

Sam Rosaia is a Physician Assistant who joined our practice in 2025. She completes our preoperative assessments and perioperative medical management of our surgical patients. She works closely with all our providers to evaluate a patient’s overall health and identify and manage any potential risks before surgery. 

She graduated from the University of Washington Nursing Program in 2014 and worked as a Registered Nurse for 10 years before graduating from the Yale School of Medicine Physician Assistant program in 2024.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog. She enjoys exercising, skiing, snowmobiling, cooking, travelling, antiquing, and pouring her creativity into renovating her historic farmhouse in the Bitterroot Valley.
